        Hi,

        I was not able to figure out the license terms of the 
http://www.emi.u-bordeaux.fr/~ferchaud/TER/rapport.ps document. Is it
meant to be GNU FDL or another free documentation license ? Also I could
not find the transparent file (source) of this document.

        Could you please clarify this and submit your project again ?
