[Savannah-hackers] rename xxgildea to gildea

I'm creating an account for myself on http://savannah.gnu.org, but it's
failing because I already have an account at gnu.org.  Following the
instructions on the register page, I've created xxgildea instead and am
now asking you to rename it to gildea.

I should really say that I *had* a gnu.org account.  I just tried
logging in, and either I have forgotten my password or the account has
been disabled.
