A package was submitted to savannah.gnu.org.
This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden
Fabrice Philibert-Caillat <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: C-Arbre
System name: c-arbre
This package does NOT want to apply for inclusion in the GNU project
C-Arbre is an integrated web software Suite usable by small to medium sized
organizations and individuals alike.
It allows the users to build in less than a few hours a full Information System
that can be used either on a standalone computer or in a complex networking
collaborative environment.
Its design should encompass the needs of everyone who needs to manage different
kinds of categorized resources (Knowledge Management), distribute Information
internal or external to an organization across a network (Contents Management),
categorize and recover the most appropriate resources in the shortest time
(electronic documentary Gestion). Some of its key features are: work flow
processing, handling of collaborative work and edition, templates engineering,
support for some DocBook XML tags, online Documents redaction,
Internationalization/Localization (I18N/L10N. French and English files
currently provided), Independance from the server\'s platform (it works on
Win32 or Un*x Systems), the GNU GPL License. C-Arbre is (quite) easy to install
and there is some freely available email support (this software is originally
written by a non-profit organization dedicated to Free Software Collaborative
Development).
It already exists and you can see it at http://realink.org/c-arbre/doc/
