Hi,
I'm sorry I didn't understand from your description whether your software will
run in a GNU/Linux system or in a PDA (or both?). Is it possible to run a PDA
completely on Free Software?

Also, if you really want to apply for the GNU project, you will have to change
your all permissive license (which would OK for non-GNU free projects) by
the GPL. In any case, if you do not have any code yet, you should not apply
for the GNU project yet.

Could you please submit your project again with a more detailed description?

Cheers,
Jaime
