Alqua-utils provides a set of tools needed by Alqua project. Alqua-utils 
consists mainly in an XML parser and a webdav client for Zope contents but it 
also covers the Alqua control centre for managing automated tasks and AlquaFDL 
for indexing and searching through our document database.

It already exists and you can see it at http://alqua.com (web under 
construction)
