[Savannah-hackers] Project Website

When I registered my project, I we didn't have a website. Right now, the 
"Project Homepage" link points to "http://www.freesoftware.fsf.org/Grace";.

I tried looking through the user docs for this, but only found 
information about uploading files into CVS and to the "project download 
area".

Is there a way for us to upload files to that location, or is it just a 
placebo?
