This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

My project named OPOS , is a completely modular and plugin based operating
system. The idea of creating this OS even though there are numerous ones in
existence is to incorporate the best features of all OSes available , to address
the issue of portability and support for applications of different oses and
platforms.

The development of OPOS has not yet started and I look forward to get help from
Savannah in providing the resources for developing OPOS
