My project is a free replacement for agrep program
I will try to do a similar program or if possible, a better program that 
original one  ;o)
I have some help from two (local) friends and it is open for more help
from everyboy who wants participate

I believe it does not exist yet, I\'m began to start working on it, if it 
exists please tell me before I start it
