Hi,
If I'm not mistaken, your project will not work without J2SE, which is
proprietary software. We do not host projects which require proprietary
software to run; if you'd like to host your project here, it should
work with one of the free implementations of Java (see:
http://www.gnu.org/software/java).
If you can manage to remove all dependencies on proprietary software you can
register your project again.
