Hi,
Your project is very nice and very important, but we'd like you to make some
changes before the project enters Savannah: you should write copyright
notices and copying permission statements at the beginning of every source
code file, as explained in http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html

When you are done, please register your project again (sorry for the
inconvenience, but since sometimes it takes a long time before people do those
changes, and we do not want to let the pending projects queue grow too large,
we prefer to remove projects and ask people to register them again).
