A package was submitted to savannah.gnu.org.
This mail was sent to address@hidden, address@hidden

Herbert Guillaume <address@hidden> described the package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: OSAIA French
System name: osaia
This package does NOT want to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

The aim\'s project is to release a set of tools to help build Artificial
Intelligence bots based on the Alicebot ProgramD software available at
http://alicebot.org and AIML scripting language
(http://alicebot.org/TR/2001/WD-aiml/).
It will include a AIML building tool, a log analyser of chat transcript, and
some other tools helping administrate your bot. The main goal is also to
provide french translations of the documentations as the original project is in
english in order to help french people to write french aiml sets.
It\'s in anyway a fork of the Alicebot project : like the Alice A.I.
Foundation, the aim is to Promote the adoption and development of Alicebot and
AIML free software, but helps doing it in other languages like french.
It\'s a java based project which needs to be fully compliant with GNU Operating
system, the main Operating System the project is developed on is GNU/Linux.
The Name of the project is OSAIA which means Open Source Artificial Intelligent
Agent, because the set of tools need not only to be usable with ProgramD but
also with some other modules like mobile one (SMS, I-Mode and wap) and the
other web ones (C, CGI). The set of tools whill obviously lets you build bots
on GNU OS as Proprietary OS, nevertheless the project itself will stay on a GNU
GPL licence

It does not exist yet but I\'m working on it, a set of translations is already
written and needs to be released.
