This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

This window manager is known as \"Blanes 2000\" and is based on qvwm 
(www.qvwm.org) but has been simplified in order to conserve CPU time and RAM.

It is a small, but powerful window manager for the X11 Window System.

The purpose of blwm is tries to make your display look and feel like an 
Microsoft Windows 9x.

It is in the Portuguese language, but will be support other languages
in brief.

blwm is built with C++ and written using only XLib and XPM Library.
It features small code size, a fast interface with simple menus, multiple 
workspaces, and decorated windows.

This WM do not support sound events , do not support image files other than xpm 
or animation images (If you need this features please use qvwm).
