Could you create a tarbal with the code as it now exists
and make it available to a temporary URL, and then resubmit ?
(you can resubmit your project with ease copying the big
re-registration link provided in the mail you get when you have
registered)

Andrew M. Miklic <address@hidden> described the package as
follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: Set/1
System name: set1
This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project
Description:
The purpose of this project is to provide an entirely
object-oriented,
platform- and machine-independant L4 and/or Mach clone microkernel
and
set of servers which is written completely in C++. The microkernel
will provide machine- and platform-independence via templatized
generic classes and objects, and the servers will be completely
message-based via Objective-C-like message semantics.
Preliminary code does exist and already works on Alpha--ports are
already underway for x86-64 and IA64.
