Normally, the project tree should be imported in a module of the project name.
If you need to create additionnal module and tell to people which of them they
should download, it would be easy for you to write a word or two about this on
your homepage.

Unfortunately the info that viewcvs doesn't support module
descriptions won't solve the problem. When visitors come to
http://savannah.gnu.org/cvs/?group=gzz they can learn eg.
how to use CVS but not which modules they should check out.
