Unfortunately the info that viewcvs doesn't support module
descriptions won't solve the problem. When visitors come to
http://savannah.gnu.org/cvs/?group=gzz they can learn eg.
how to use CVS but not which modules they should check out.

Normally, viewcvs is just a cvs web interface. It doesnt seem to me that user
can specify particular annotations for particular directories. Annotations are
revision, changelog etc and cames from informations dev. writes when they
commit something on the CVS.
