[Savannah-hackers] savannah software search returning broken project URLS

Hello-

Right now (~7PM pacific time), the project hyperlinks generated by the 
software/group search at savannah.gnu.org are absolute URLS pointing to the 
relative path of the project.

e.g. when I search for "emacs", the "emacs" project hyperlink on the search 
results page is:

http:///projects/emacs/

instead of the correct full URL:

http://savannah.gnu.org/projects/emacs.
