Those words sound harsh (and are not correct English).  This policy
may be reasonable, but those words make it sound arbitrary and
capricious, as if we were bureaucrats without pity.

Please use this text instead:

    <br>To proceed, you can either choose a different name or 
    supply arguments in favor of using this one.
