    We already have a website (http://hurdfr.org) but we need some
    other services that provides savannah such as a cvs, a mailling
    list and so on.

Before I think about whether we should do this, could you tell me
what sort of things you would like to store in Savannah?
Would it be the text of your site's web pages?  Or what?

We can certainly provide you with mailing lists @gnu.org.  Those don't
use Savannah, though--our mail server is a different machine.
