[Savannah-hackers] Serveez CVS repository

Dear CVS adminitrators,

I would like to ask whether it is possible to move the existing CVS
repository of GNU Serveez (currently at lkcc.org) to subversions.gnu.org
without re-importing it.  Is it possible to keep all the versions
including logging information.  The only change should possible be the
group/owner of the files.

Is it like supplying a tarball of the existing CVS tree then unpacking it
at your server, then change owner/group and that's it?
