I put the tarbal to <www.lkcc.org/~ela/download/serveez-cvsroot.tar.gz>.
It conains the module directory "serveez/" AND the "CVSROOT/".

Please tell me whether / how you put it to subversions.gnu.org.

Who will have read/write access and who will own the files initially?
