Description:
Sorcerynet IRC Services is a program that provides an Internet Relay Chat 
network with nickname and channel registration and protection. The services 
supplied are NickServ, ChanServ, MemoServ (for short text messages), GameServ 
(a dice-rolling service), InfoServ (broadcast messages) and OperServ, which has 
clone detection, global autokill and many other features.

SorceryNet Services are known to run on NetBSD, FreeBSD and Linux. They are 
mature -- SorceryNet was founded in 1996, and the services were written from 
scratch in C (with some C++ features; a C++ compiler such as g++ is needed).

Other Software Required:
A private distribution so Savannah/FSF can look at the code and check the 
licensing is at: http://astral.sorcery.net/~mysidia/sorserv-1.4dev3.tar.gz
A known issue is the license of queue.h, which we need to resolve before a 
public release.
