I put the release targz to the suggested place:

scp mod-witch-0.0.4.tar.gz address@hidden:/upload/mod-witch/

and it seems it's OK:
sftp -1 address@hidden:/mod-witch
sftp> ls
drwxrwsr-x    2 0        62247        4096 Sep 13 21:29 .
drwxrwsr-x  927 0        0           16384 Sep 13 16:17 ..

but on the HP there is nothing, neither
http://subversions.gnu.org/download/mod-witch/

nor
http://savannah.gnu.org/files/?group=mod-witch

what did I wrong, or is it a bug?
