[Savannah-hackers] Trouble with Smyrno anonymous CVS

Hi there!

Anonymous CVS access to one of my projects, Smyrno, appears to be
broken. Developer access works fine. Here's what happens:

| no such user anoncvs in CVSROOT/passwd
| cvs login: authorization failed: server subversions.gnu.org rejected access 
to /cvsroot/smyrno for user anoncvs
