This PHP library is a set of tools for quering Unreal Tournament 2003 servers
and extracting several infos out of their answers, such as server configuration
and the list of players, just like the in-game server browser. It is meant to
be easy to use, fast, reliable and expendable. More functionalities are to be
added, when copyright issues are sorted out.
