Description:
phpA3 stands for php Advanced Auto Adminsitration.
It is a website PHP-based architecture that aims at simplifying the maintenance 
work on a website, with dynamically generated outfit for the pages, 
meta-informations tags.
It provides many PHP functions and classes to handle for example HTTP headers, 
MIME mails, and enables the webmaster to includes it\'s own functions in phpA3 
very easily.

It should be released in november 2002.

Other Software Required:
PHP and a web server able to use it.
An SQL DBMS that PHP can access.
