Description:
The package provides a generator for basic Videotext/Teletext output from XML 
files. It mixes a data XML file with a style file, which is a description of 
the data XML file and its representation within the Videotext/Teletext format.

The software is no full-blown package, instead it provides an easy means to an 
end.

Other Software Required:
This package depends on PHP 4 and has been tested with PHP 4.1.2. It is usually 
run from the command line, but can be adapted to run as an HTTP service.
