Actually people should contact <address@hidden> regarding
software projects that want to become part of GNU, then they forward
it to us.

Besides, this project is outside of gnueval's scope (at least after
taking a quick look at the project page in Savannah).  In any case, I
think "maintainers" should be able to direct this to where it should,
I have copied them in this response.
