I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

Could you please register your project again giving a URL to where
the released code is available?

We want to help you fix potential legal issues.
For example, in order to release your project under
the GPL you should write copyright notices and copying
permission statements at the beginning of every source code
file, following the advice of
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html

Also, please notice that the mldonkey project is hosted in Savannah and they
also say in their description that "it comes with an HTTP interface". How does
the web interface you are developing differ from mldonkey's one?
Have you considered joining the mldonkey project rather than starting a new
project? It would be a good idea to work in coordination with the mldonkey
project to avoid duplication of efforts.
