LIBDHA - Direct Hardware Access Library

It\'s used by the (well ;) known Vidix in the most video players today.
(MPlayer, MPlayerXP, xine, VideoLan, avifile, ...)
Just have a look at one of the aboves source, but the version that will
be uploaded to savannah, is not yet ready - it will be partly/fully rewritten, 
in order to eleminate possible non-GPL codepieces.

Other Software Required:
No dependencies yet, only svgalib_helper is optional.
