Description:
schema2form:  Program that reads in a schema specification, generating a number 
of different code files, including (1) a series of SQL statements to build the 
database, (2) a bunch of php for displaying the data entry forms, and (3) some 
files in \"dot\" format for rendering with graphviz.

Also a run time piece for displaying the data entry forms

In the future I would like to extend it to create a wider range of targets 
(GTK, etc) for the forms.

I don\'t have any code yet, I am setting this account up for a collaborator.
