[Savannah-hackers] gnue-sb-{discuss,commits} fixed

Derek told me he was having troubles.  Apparently in the conversion from
nongnu.org to gnu.org, the exim files weren't touched, and the lists
were still pointing to the wrong address.  I did that, and it seems to
work now.
