Hi,
your project has been approved, but please notice that you must replace the
LICENSE file by a complete copy of the GPL license:
  http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt

The last section of the GPL, titled "How to Apply These Terms to Your New
Programs" is a very important part of the license and should not be removed
from it (in fact the GPL can only be copied in verbatim form).
