 The Public Action Center (PAC) will be a utility to make it easier for 
organizations to keep track of and coordinate with members and volunteers in a 
politically centric environment.  The focus is on auto-mapping users to 
government representatives, and allowing easy access (via contact information 
or form letters) to those representatives.
