        Hi,

        I was not able to find license notices in the sources at
http://tcldrop.alturl.com/. A program released under the GNU GPL
should follow the instructions at the end of the GNU GPL itself.
Including the text of the GNU GPL in the distribution is a hint
that the whole program is released under the GNU GPL but it should
be more explicit.

        Could you please do that and submit your project again ?
