Description:
  The project is the development of a free software providing a graph widget 
for GUI libraries. It consists in:
    - An ergonomic vectorial graph drawing
    - A XML format to save it (with geometrical aspects)
    - Some algorithms for automatic graph drawing
  The project can be written to be as generic as possible w.r.t the GUI 
library. It can be interesting to minimize the amount of code to adapt it the 
GTK or QT library.
  Graphs can also be decorated by many different labels on its edges and nodes. 
Consequently, using this widget for finite state machine edition could be easy.
