http://savannah.nongnu.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/postphpix/ 
        is your CVS Root directory

In this directory, you should add "modules". Most usually, people have
only one module, called like their project. So every content of your
package shoud be in 
http://savannah.nongnu.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/postphpix/postphix/
