This is a documentation translation project. There is a reference
manual for PyGTK 2.0 at http://www.moeraki.com/pygtkreference/index.html, 
covered under the
Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License 
(http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/1.0/). I have access to 
the source code of the documentation, which is in XML format. I 
would like to translate it to spanish. There is currently no work
done, and AFAICS the translated documentation would also have to 
fall under the same license.
