It should ask for the passphrase in stead of a password.

Can you verify if your key is correct?  

This is the last part of the key:

Also trie adding
Host subversions.gnu.org
        Protocol 1

to ~/.ssh/config

If it doesn't work please send us the output of 
ssh -v -v address@hidden
