Tnx it worked.

I did it before but I think  probably not in the right 
order or something.

Please try to insert  
Host subversions.gnu.org 
     Protocol 1 
into config 
 
and try to ssh to savannah.gnu.org with the -v option and past it 
here 
 
does it ask for the passphrase?
