It is indeed sad, but most of the exciting software from Apple is still 
not Free Software. We believe we can't compromise with the freedom of 
developers and users. If you happen to support a cross-platform toolkit 
like wxWindows, don't hesitate to come back to us, as it would make the 
dependency against MacOSX non mandatory.

We also would have like you to be more free than you currently are with 
their closed source APIs. You are much encouraged to still write Free
