I could also send encouragements to the FSF to modify the GPL ;)

Talking  about that,  will the  GPL  v3 clarify  things concerning  this
issues ?

Anyway I would prefer a copyleft licence. Would the LGPL be suitable ? I
find no references about compatibility between LGPL and other licences,
only GPL
