server.

i did not succeed in getting a way to fix the following problem:

I remarked that a lot of people have already encountered the same issue,
but no way to find a work-around.
The same pb seems to also happen on Linux boxes, so it looks like it's
not cygwin specific.
I would appreciate if could give me any hints on how to troubleshoot the
problem.
