[Savannah-hackers] Upload pb

Hi,

(I know this may be a known issue, but i can't handle it.)

Everything is OK with CVS ci/co access. But i'm not able to upload
files. Here is the report from my last attempt :

Any hints ? Maybe the instructions (regarding ssh protocol) should be
updated on savannah ?
