Hrmm..
- /savannah/download/testytest wasn't created
- /home/upload/savannah/incoming/testytest wasn't either
So I added a new function (create_upload) to sv_groups to take care of the
latter (which is called after create_download()).
I've tried to upload twice, the first didn't work (then I noticed the above
dirs didn't exist) and I'm waiting to see if my second attempt suceeds..
