[Savannah-hackers] HTML compliance snafu

Hello.  I noticed that
http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http://savannah.gnu.org/faq/index.php
indicates some errors.  It seems the page is using just plain '&'
instead of '&'.  This error may occur throughout Savannah; I haven't
checked.

This is particularly bad because that URL is where the 'Valid HTML 4.01'
button on the "Hey this is not valid HTML?" FAQ entry goes.
