Hi,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

Romeu Henrique Capparelli Fonsec <address@hidden> described the
package as follows:
License: gpl
Other License:
Package: Automatic File Versioning
System name: autover
Type: non-GNU

Description:
A diff and sgi-fam based file autosaving process.

A acl like conf file determines where do FAM need to watch.
A daemon registers and listens FAM.
When a alteration occurs it will automatically diff it and save a
hidden copy on disk.

A set of tools helps the manipulation of the historical version (e.g.
restore, update, delete)

A small piece of code is made. But no server is available yet.

Other Software Required:
SGI-FAM

Please register your project again and include an (temporary) URL
pointing to the source code. The description you gave when
registering will not be read by the general public. If you are still
concerned with privacy, however, you can forward the code to me by
email.

We wish to review your source code, even if it is not functional, to
catch potential legal issues early. For example, to release your program properly under the GPL you must
include a copyright notice and statement permitting copying at the
beginning of every file of source code. This is explained in
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html. Our review would help
catch potential omissions such as these.

Also, you might be interested in checking diffmon (http://packages.debian.org/stable/admin/diffmon).
