Description:
Ekse is a project that aims to create a GPL'd irc bot which can make statistic 
reports (like http://pisg.sourceforge.net/ for example), log chat and catch 
urls on many channels and on many servers.
All features should be tuned with the bot's XML configuration file.

One constraint is to create a bot that can run on a ressources limited machine 
like a minimal pentium or a 486.

There's no source code for the moment.
