I've spoken to the GNU webmasters and they know nothing about this
project.  Can you tell me exactly what the purpose of this project is
and who (from GNU webmasters) approved it?  The latter is most
important, as I can't go moving stuff around without authorisation.

For example, I need to know if www.gnu.org/people is to be moved into
this project and deleted from the `www' project.
