Description:
GNU must be used by ordinary computer users, not only developers or very 
advanced users.

Thus, it is very important that software interfaces and documentation were in 
their languages.

A large amount of my friends (I convinced them, average users, and novices too) 
already have installed some GNU/Linux distribution in a partition besides 
Windows, BUT THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND ENGLISH.

It is very important an effort for definitive translation of software 
interfaces and -at least- basic documentation.
