This is a procedure for granting a user access to the Emacs CVS tree.
I didn't know that the same priviledges are valid for the webcvs tree;
are you saying that these two trees use the same priviledge set and
the same list of authorized users? Or do I need to enable specific
priviledges for the webcvs access, which are not important for the
Emacs sources CVS access?
